Stock Availability and Delivery Times 

We try to keep our stock levels high and are usually able to complete most orders however, sometimes goods sell better than we predict. If you are making an unusually large order or it is essential that you get all of the goods on your order immediately it might be a good idea to call the office first to ensure that we have the goods that you want in stock.

If something is not in stock we will let you know when we expect the goods and will send them out as soon as they arrive. We will ask you if you wish to have the stock items sent first or if you would like to have the order sent when it is complete. Either way you will only be charged for delivery once.

All goods will be sent out as soon as the order is received. Orders submitted after 11.30am will be sent the following day.

Orders must be paid for in advance – Local import duties may be payable on receipt.

All MK postcodes – free delivery for orders over £35.00 net (please enter "all MK Postcodes" as your delivery area when you set up your account online)

All MK postcodes – £8.50 for orders under £35.00 net 

UK - £8.50 for orders under £75.00 net

UK orders over £75.00 net – free delivery

Europe - £100.00 for all orders
