Extending Paediatric First Aid Certificates during the COVID Pandemic

The government has issued amended guidance regarding Paediatric First Aid during this pandemic. They have produced the following statement:

“If PFA certificate requalification training is prevented for reasons associated directly with the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, or by complying with related government advice, the validity of current certificates can be extended to 25 November 2020 at the latest. This applies to certificates expiring on or after 16 March 2020.”

This gives childcare settings a little more time to refresh their qualificattions if they have expired during this difficult period. For more information or to book a course please get in touch.

Wh have a Paediatric First Aid Course running on 17th and 18th September and  12th and 13th November at King’s Arms Facilities. If you wish to attend an Emergency Paediatric First Aid Course these are on the 17th September and then 12th Novmeber.
