- What kind of work do you do? For example, are you a factory that manufactures large steel bars or are you a small office?
- Are there any specific hazards in the workplace. For example, do you have a sharp tools or a large oven?
- What kind of workforce do you have? Are they in good health or are there any conditions that they have?
- How large is your workforce?
- What about the shift patterns at your workplace? Do all of the employees work 9am – 5pm or do you work on a 24 hour shift pattern?
- What is the history of accidents or incidents? Is there something that keeps repeating on your accident book?
- Do you have remote workers on other sites or in vehicles?
- How is your site distributed?
- How far are you from a hospital?
- Do members of the public enter your site?
