First Aid Training Portal - New Feature
Many of you have now seen our training portal and we have received lots of very positive feedback.
From the portal you can book colleagues on first aid courses, track your bookings and download your own certificate.
We have added a new feature that we are sure will be an instant hit! From today you can view a list of all your first aiders' qualifications, helpfully, those who need renewals soon are highlighted. You can click through to book them on to the correct refresher course thus no one expires without your knowledge. (We will continue to remind you when your certificate is due for renewal and will happily continue to send a PDF of your list of first aiders if you prefer).
To see this feature, log in to the portal and click “Certifications”. There you will see the full list of your first aiders, copies of their certificates and details of their renewal dates. If you need help with this function please get in touch and we will happily assist.
