CPR Training
This CPR/BLS Basic life support course is aimed at training a person to be able to carry out basic resuscitation and so prevent loss of life and send for first aid help.
The cpr/resuscitation course is 2 hours in duration. Each student receives a certificate on completion.

- Cessation of breathing
- Recovery position
Resuscitation
- Mouth to mouth resuscitation
There is no exam for this course but candidates receive an Attendance Voucher. Each course is adjusted to suit the needs of the students.
