Updates to FAW Guidance to Emphasise Employers Responsibilities for Employees Mental Health

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) have recently updated their first aid guidance to emphasise employers’ responsibilities to take account of employees’ mental health in their first aid needs assessment. They now say that “it may also be helpful to have people trained to identify and understand mental ill health symptoms who are able to support someone who is experiencing a mental health issue”. Our mental health in the work place course has been devised by the Making Me Charity to specifically target these issues.

We can run this course for you in your workplace at a time and date that suits you. Please get in touch to find out more about the course or click here to read a little bit more about the mental health in the workplace course. To book onto one of our open courses please click here
